can i email the shell account form?

Noticed in the FAQ that I'm supposed to print out and mail the shell account form in.

What is mail? I heard of it once I think, long ago...

I'm assuming that emailing in the form and cash via Paypal is going to be acceptable. Someone please stop me soon if that's not the case.

Perhaps if you printed it off, filled it in/signed it and then scanned it back in it may be acceptable but I'm not 100% sure.

Or you could use eFax.
